| The study involved 53 patients ( 23 females and 30 males ) aged 19 - 43 years with paroxysmal AV nodal re-entrant tachycardias. All patients underwent invasive electrophysiological study with subsequenty catheter radiofrequency ablation of the slow pathway of AV junction. Based on the measurements of AHbe - ACsp interval of during the paroxysm of AV nodal reentrant tachycardia we developed a new algorithm of safety increase of the slow pathway ablation. |
