The results of this highly competent research, and analytical data obtained by the WHO experts clearly show that implementation of physically active lifestyle among population results in the decreased risk of premature death including the death caused by cardiovascular diseases. The risk of arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus and colon cancer development also declines.

In some patients the decrease of depression and anxiety levels may be expected. While in elderly patients the level of independence may increase.
