The Difficulties of the X-Ray Diagnostics of childhood Pneumonia |

The
article dwells on some problems and controversial aspects of rentgeno-diagnostics
of childhood pneumonia (enlargement between R-gic picture, and cilinical
and pathomorphologic processes – especially typical course of viral and
bacterial pneumonias – are discussed. Besides, atypical course of
disease, that is not so rare, are analysed. Based on the literary data and
analyses of the 15th year experience (around 2000 cases) we
conclude that in cases that have viral and bacterial etiology only R-gic
picture cannot be used as a reliable diagnostic factor, though for the
control of process progression and revealing of different complications R-gy
occupies the leading position. The
importance of the dynamic changes is revealed and reserves that R-gy gives
for planned and organized measures used by the clinician is stressed. |
