Cardiology Clinic “ Guli”.

We studied 30 patients with Acurte Myocardial Infarction devided into two groups (15 - control, 15 – study group). In studied group beside traditional therapy (betablockers, antiagregants, anticoagulants, nitrats) infusion of Magnium Sulphate were perfomed. The favourable clinical effects were mentioned in study group compared with control resulted in rapid positive dinamic of ST changes.  According to ultrasonography after a week of treatment segmental contractility was seen improved in the study group and this tendency reached significancy by the end of the first month.

At 6 month the contractility improved more obviously in study group compared with the first month. As a result if should be indirectly considered as the existence of stunned and hibernated myocardium.
