Approaches to Heart Insufficiency Correction and Prospects in the
Spectre of Achievements of Molecular Biology

New approaches in the treatment of heart insufficiency to achieve reparation regeneration of myocardium takes origin from the fifties of the XX century and it is the most urgent problem of health care services of all countries, with social as well as economic point of view. Number of patients suffering from the syndrome of heart insufficiency is constantly growing in the world and in various countries 2-3% of state budget is spent for its therapy. In high functional class patients mortality index in a year equals to 30-35%, while the repeated hospitalisation in 2 months equals to 30%, which refers to the great significance of the problem. Achievements of molecular biology of recent years proved that it is possible to transplant stem cells, skeletal myoblasts, flat muscle cells, embryonal cardio myocytes and other cells in the damaged myocardium. Later the above stated cells are differentiated into muscle cells and/or initiate stimulation of angiogenesis. It should also be stated that the role of newly formed cardio myocytes in the process of contraction has not been established yet finally. Mobilization of bone marrow stem cells and their throwing over to the systemic blood circulation may form the alternate method. If we consider that in the pathogenesis of heart insufficiency and its overcoming we made emphasis on the participation of a vice circle, the above stated method seems very interesting.
Angio-cardio myocytogenesis, as the independent discipline, in the nearest future will be widely inculcated in the clinical practice for the prophylaxis of heart insufficiency and the improvement of prognosis of the diseased patients.
