Heart injuries induced by the so-called
cardio tropic and hepatotropic viruses are incessantly growing
proceeding from the epidemic peculiarities of virus diseases, which are
followed by decrease of contraction ability of a system of contractile
proteins and formation of heart insufficiency syndrome in neonates,
young and aged patients. We consider that the diseases proceeding with
heart insufficiency syndrome in the 20-50-ies are one of the major
causes of morbidity, invalidity and mortality. Drastic quantitative and
percentage increase of chronic insufficiency syndrome in the population
over middle age may be explained by the decrease of physiologic vitality
of a body and by a tendency of the changes of the microelement specter
alongside with the increase of biological age.
Experiments were performed on the pure-strain 150-200 g weight 30 albino
rats which passed through quarantine. Decapitation of rats, taking the
experimental material 24 hrs after injection of natural mitogene Con-A
(20 albino rats the I group and 10 rats II-control group) were made in
the operation block of the vivarium, by the observance of aseptic and
antiseptic norms. Contraction of the system of contractile proteins of
myocardium was defined on tensometer in auctonic regime (at the terms of
variable charge). We performed measuring of few parallel threads
according to the method of N.V.Korsanov et al 1973 and average data of
its tension was calculated for the cross-section of natural thread,
according to the formulae of R.E.Rarnavy 1954. Tension developed by
glycerinized fiber bundles of ventricles, observed after 24 hrs of
experiment was sharply decreased compared with the control group. By
1,72 and 1,49 nm/mm2 compared with the left ventricle, and by 2,81-2,8
mn/mm2 compared with the norm, that is by 38,8% and in the right
ventricle – by 46,8% (p<0,005).
Tension developed by glycerinized fiber bundle of myocardium after
re-incubation of preparation No 1 - Rameri and No 2 – Ramsel (see Fig.
1) sharply increased compared with the control group, correspondingly by
54 and 55% and in both cases exceeded the norm, respectively by 15 and
16%. Growth of contraction capacity of the system of contractile
proteins was less sharply expressed in the cases of the preparation No 3
(Neoselen) and No 4 (Rb) and correspondingly formed 31 and 20% and
compared with the control group did not reach normal indices.
Experimental material has clearly proved the positive effect of the
above stated microelements on the capacity of restoration of decreased
contraction function of myocardium.
According to our opinion, our own clinical experience and the
experimental data we may conclude that in the patients suffering from
heart insufficiency it is expedient to define microelements and B group
(including B2) vitamins and to make their further correction to prevent
heart insufficiency and to improve state of patients and the prognosis. |
