On
July 12-19 2003, the XIV International Scientific Practical
School-Conference of Medical Men – “Clinical and Experimental Medicine”
and the International Experts Scientific Conference “Modern Achievements
in Perinatal Medicine and Study of Gestosis” were organized in Kobuleti.
Under the aegis of the Conference the Georgian-Armenian Symposium
dealing with the urgent issues of obstetrics was also organized. 1200
physicians participated in the above stated measures. Simultaneously
with the Conference the permanent education programs were working with
participation of 1056 physicians.
Experts of the World and European Health Associations of Mothers and
Children from Russia, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Georgia, Turkey,
Switzerland and Chroatia participated in the Conference of International
Experts. 86 scientific-practical reports were delivered on the
Conference dealing with the actual issues of internal diseases.
Leading specialists of different branches participated in the
humanitarian-medical examination-consulting rendered to local
population, alongside with the medical personnel of the sanatorium “Sakartvelo”.
