Recently (2003) a handbook “Diagnostics and Therapy of
Internal Diseases” by Professor V. Gvantseladze and D. Kalandarishvili
was published for the students of Medical University and Medical
Institute. The handbook was compiled according to the new curricula,
which were developed at the conference of the Chair of Diagnostics and
Therapy and the Central Methodology Commission of Tbilisi State Medical
University. The new handbook, simultaneously with diagnostic study
course provides for expansion teaching of internal diseases. Nozology of
each separate disease is presented by its complete etiopathogenesis,
clinical symptomatics, and progress of disease, differential diagnosis,
prognosis, therapy tactics and prophylactic.
