Eosinophilia as a possible

Is surveyed 85 children of the patients
Henoch-Shonlein purpura in the age of From 3 till 15 years. All patients
were divided into 2 groups: the first group have made 58 children with a
level eosinophils 5 % and More (8,5%+-0,35), second - 27 children with
Henoch-Shonlein purpura and with a normal level eosinophils. The heaviest current Henoch- Shonlein purpura with fast phrogressively of disease was marked at children with increase eosinophils. It was discovered that associated Henoch-Shonlein purpura and eosinophilia ran a course marked by more well-defined exudative reaqtions, with the heart being injured more frequently and gravely. The relationshup between eosinophilia and the content of the total serum IgE in Henoch-Shonlein purpura is disscussed as is the role of age-associated and constitutional factors in the development of eosinophilia in Henoch- Shonlein purpura children. |
