Instrumental-morphological Chonges of Cardio-vascular System Injury |

Cystofibrosis is one of the most common genetic disease, which outcome depends on the injury of respiratory and cardiovascular system. But the clinical diagnostic of cardiovascular system injury is such difficult. Our aim was to express the clinical, electrocardiographical and histological changes of cardio-vascular system injury on the basis of clinical, electrocardiographical and pathomorphological material analysis. The investigation shows that dyspnoe, tachycardia and cyanosis are not useful as criteria of cardio-vascular system injury, while they indicate the injury of respiratory system. The analysis of electrocardiographical indices shows that sings of ventlicular hypertrophy are less expressed. The amplitude of RvL, Sv6- waves and R/Sv5 + Sv6 indices are most informative On the early stages of right ventricular hypertrophy, and amplitude of RavL- aVF, Rv6 vawes and chenge of TV5-6 vawe form are informative for left ventricular hyphertrophy. The other signs of hypertrophy have no the diagnostic value. Morphological analysis shows, the ventricular hypertrophy cases occurs in most of cystofibrosis. The changes of cardio-vascular system with cystofibrosis develophes on early stage, but the clinical manifestation occurs not always. While the individual analysis of all concrete cases is nesessary. |
