Pathologic changes of blood in organism are noticed not only in arterial blood vessel system (systemic arterial hypertension and hypotension), but also in venous and lymphatic system, in small circle of blood circulation, in portal system, in abdominal cavity, in intraocular and intracranial area, etc. Unfortunately, tensiologic pathology is considered unilaterally. Whereas real progress is noticed in studying arterial hypertension and popularization of hypertensiology, less attention is paid to arterial hypotension and other sort of tensiologic disorders in organism. And tensiology, as a separate subject, has practically never been throught over. Proceed from aforesaid, we have considered it expedient to form tensiology as a new, independent subject and consider arterial hypotension and other tensiologic disorders (pulmonary hypertension, portal hypertension, intraabdominal hypertension, intraocular hypertension, intracranial hypertension, etc.) together with arterial hypertension. |
