The role for oxidative stress in the
development of remodeling processes |
|
Blood paramagnetic centers of patients suffering with heart failure of different etiology, type and gravity have been studied by the method of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). It has been established that at heart failure an activation of free-radical oxidation occurs, which promotes breaking of HIF-1a-dependent compensatory reaction, suppresses improvement of coronary microcirculation and cases activation of remodeling processes in the left ventricle. |
