Key words: Perindopril, diastolic function, remodeling, myocardial infarction.

During the period of remodeling, effect of Perindopril from the left ventricle on diastolic function were examined on 30 patients.

Impulsive Doppler Echocardiograpical method is used. Against the background of basic therapy, the treatment was provided with Perindporil 2-4mg, in 24 hours. Examination was made on patients within 10 days, from the development of myocardial infarction. Against the background of treatment with Perindopril, in the early period of myocardial  infarction, diastolic function of the left ventricular was keeping stability,  and during the transmural myocardial infarction I type of diastolic function existing in left ventricular got negative dynamics  in the 27% of events.
