In Order to view web pages 
in Georgian font you must do:

1. Download  this  file  geo.zip, then
     unzip (use winzip) and extract  the
     standard  Georgian Font  geo_t___.ttf  (Geo_Times) in it;

2. Install from windows control panel  the font "Geo_Times"  on  your computer;

3. Open Internet Explorers  "Internet Options"  window from menu bar
    Tools  >  Internet Options ...;

4. On the page "General"  press button "Fonts...";

5. "Fonts" window appears;

6. Select item "User defined"  in the "Language script"   field;

7. Select font  "Geo_Times"  in the  "Web page font"  field;

8. Press "OK" button on the "Fonts" window;

9. Press  "Apply"  and "OK"  buttons on the "Internet Options" window;

10. After this modifications you can see web page with Georgian fonts.
     If not,  then click   View > Encoding > User Defined in the Internet explorers menu bar.
